Return Policy
  • All returned items must be in new/original condition in which received.  Merchandise returned in damaged condition will have associated charges.
  • A return authorization is required for all returns. Please contact Customer Care to obtain a return authorization.
  • All shipping costs associated with returned merchandise are the customer's responsibility, including the cost of "free" outbound shipping.
  • Full purchase price will be refunded, less any exchange/return/restocking fees, within 30 days of purchase.
  • In the event that a free gift was given with product purchase, the value of gift will be deducted from refund.
  • Custom orders are cancelable within 72 hours of order date.  A 25% restocking fee will be assessed to any order cancelled or returned after 72 hours.  Please contact our sales department toll-free at 1-877-696-3342 with further questions.
  • All Aeron Chairs may be returned/cancelled within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, credit or size/color exchange less $75 for restocking and/or shipping.
  • All Freedom Chairs on the Quick-Ship program may be returned within 30 days of receipt.  There is a return/exchange charge of $149.
  • All Leap Chairs on the Quick-Ship program may be returned within 30 days of receipt. There is a return/exchange charge of $75.
  • All Leap and Freedom Chair Custom Colors ordered from the factory may be returned within 30 days of receipt.  There is a return/exchange charge of $149 and a 25% restocking charge.

Special notice to Debit/Checkcard users:
Debit/Checkcards typically have a daily charge limit of $500-$700 per day.  In such cases, please note that we will charge your card over the span of 2 or more days until payment is charged in full.  Your card statement will reflect these multiple payments.
